Shout out to Eli for receiving a positive referral from Miss Jorday and Miss Johnson. The positive referral states, "Eli showed kindness, empathy, and leadership multiple times towards a peer. Champaign Unit 4 School District will be closed tomorrow, November 5th in observance of Election Day. All campuses and administrative buildings will be closed. Classes and normal school operations will resume on Wednesday, November 6th.
Shout out to Ms. Jenny our fabulous middle school Restore teaching assistant. Ms. Jenny has made a seamless transition into our middle school Restore program. Ms. Jenny always brings a vibrant personality to our program and builds amazing relationships with our students!! Thank you for all you do!
Last night was our Open House/Ribbon Cutting and it did not disappoint. We celebrated with a cookout, video game bus, Kona Ice, pumpkin painting, face painting, and a balloon artist. Our Unit 4 families, students, and community members were able to see the great things happening in all of the programs housed at the Rise Center!!! The smiles in the pictures tell the story of what a great night it was!

Last Wednesday, we hosted our first student of the month luncheon. Families were able to hear words from the student's teachers on how and why they were selected from their respective programs as well as enjoy a catered lunch. Mr. Sam Banks served as our special guest and gave students a special congratulations. Congrats again to MaKya, Langhston, Janos, Malon, Divinity and Jeniyah are being our first student of the month recipients!!
Congratulations to MaKya and Langhston on being named student of the month for our Ele Restore program. Both students are amazing leaders at school and work extremely hard to be the very best they can be. Keep up the great work!
